Gelato

Yesterday was the day of the launch of the Microsoft office 2010 and for the event we ( Giapo gelato) were asked to make a special flavour. The only requirement we had was to make it orange to match the colour of the new office suite.

First thing we thought was the organic mandarines that come from Gisborne.  To give it a hint more flavor we decided that it was the case to put some Pimm’s in it, just like in a fruit cocktail.

The atmosphere was very convivial. The event was held at the Westin Hotel in the viaduct. There were many interesting people, the sorbet was 100% fat free and got the attention of many business women that were there and usually watch out of high fat food.

I enjoyed the company of Adam that came and helped me straight from Wellington.
